1. prices and shipping costs

1.1 All prices stated on our website www.nuicosmetics.com are inclusive of the applicable statutory value added tax.

1.2 The corresponding shipping costs are indicated to the customer in the order form and are to be borne by the customer, unless the customer makes use of his right of withdrawal. From an order value of €65, the provider delivers to the customer free of shipping costs within Germany. Shipping within the EU is free of charge from €89 and worldwide from €149.

Shipping costs:

National shipping

In addition to the prices shown, we charge a flat rate of 3.90 euros per order for delivery within Germany. The flat-rate delivery charge includes the statutory value-added tax.
The shipping costs are clearly communicated again in the shopping basket system and on the order page. All parcels are insured against loss or damage in transit. All national parcels are shipped climate neutrally by DHL (Go Green).

Shipping to EU countries

For deliveries to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), France, Poland and the Czech Republic, we charge a flat rate of 9.90 euros.

For deliveries to Italy, Great Britain, Spain, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia we charge a flat rate of 15.90 euros.

For deliveries to Ireland, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Greece, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Croatia, we charge a flat rate of 16.90 euros.
The shipping costs include the statutory value-added tax.

Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping to Switzerland costs 14.90 euros. In the ordering process, prices are shown without German VAT. VAT is usually charged by the local customs authorities.

International shipping

If the desired destination country is not on the list, please send a message to [email protected]. We will try to realize the shipment individually.

1.3 The goods are shipped by post. The shipping risk is borne by the provider if the customer is a consumer.

1.4 In the event of a revocation, the customer shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

1.5 Shipping carton: We have chosen packaging that is made from sustainable materials.
